By downloading, accessing, or using the YG-EVO Galactic Edition mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.
YG-EVO is a sports statistics and data-visualization tool. It presents historical match data and organizes it using informational logic filters (such as Odd/Even patterns) for educational and entertainment purposes only.
YG-EVO is NOT a betting, gambling, prediction, tipster, or financial-advice service. The Service does not accept wagers, does not guarantee any outcome, and does not provide advice on how to spend money. All information is provided for informational purposes only.
The statistical information provided by the Service is for reference only and carries no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. You are solely responsible for any decision you make. YG-EVO shall not be liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information presented.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Provide accurate information when registering, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers optional in-app purchases (Credits and membership tiers: MEMBER / VIP / PLATINUM) processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your card details. Memberships are prepaid and do not auto-renew; access reverts to the free tier upon expiry unless renewed manually. Credits are used only within the Service and hold no monetary value outside it.
Purchases are subject to the Google Play refund policy. When a purchase is refunded or voided, we reserve the right to adjust or revoke the corresponding membership tier and remaining days accordingly.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service; (b) abuse referral, reward, or credit systems; (c) share, sell, or transfer your account; (d) use bots or automated means to access the Service; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All content, branding, logos, design, and the underlying logic of the Service are owned by YG-EVO and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YG-EVO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Significant changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

YG-EVO เป็นเครื่องมือแสดงสถิติและข้อมูลกีฬา นำเสนอข้อมูลผลการแข่งขันย้อนหลัง และจัดเรียงด้วยตัวกรองเชิงข้อมูล (เช่น รูปแบบคู่/คี่) เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้ข้อมูลและความบันเทิงเท่านั้น
YG-EVO ไม่ใช่บริการการพนัน การเดิมพัน การทำนายผล การให้ทีเด็ด หรือคำแนะนำทางการเงินใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น บริการไม่รับการเดิมพัน ไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ใดๆ และไม่ได้ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการใช้จ่ายเงิน ข้อมูลทั้งหมดมีไว้เพื่อการให้ข้อมูลเท่านั้น
ข้อมูลสถิติที่บริการนำเสนอมีไว้เพื่อการอ้างอิงเท่านั้น ไม่มีการรับประกันความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วน หรือผลลัพธ์ในอนาคต ผลการแข่งขันกีฬามีความไม่แน่นอนโดยธรรมชาติ ท่านเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อการตัดสินใจของท่านเองทั้งสิ้น YG-EVO ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือการเชื่อถือข้อมูลที่นำเสนอ
ท่านมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของข้อมูลบัญชี และรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมทั้งหมดภายใต้บัญชีของท่าน ผู้ใช้ต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป กรุณาให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเมื่อสมัคร และแจ้งเราหากพบการใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
บริการมีการซื้อภายในแอปแบบสมัครใจ (เครดิต และระดับสมาชิก MEMBER / VIP / PLATINUM) ดำเนินการอย่างปลอดภัยผ่าน Google Play Billing เราไม่เก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลบัตรของท่าน สมาชิกเป็นแบบ ชำระล่วงหน้า (prepaid) และ ไม่ ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ สิทธิ์จะกลับสู่ระดับฟรีเมื่อหมดอายุ เว้นแต่ต่ออายุด้วยตนเอง เครดิตใช้ได้ภายในบริการเท่านั้น และไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินภายนอก
การซื้อเป็นไปตาม นโยบายการคืนเงินของ Google Play เมื่อมีการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกการซื้อ เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับหรือเพิกถอนระดับสมาชิกและจำนวนวันคงเหลือตามความเหมาะสม
ท่านตกลงจะไม่: (ก) ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ ถอดรหัส หรือดัดแปลงบริการ; (ข) เอาเปรียบระบบแนะนำเพื่อน รางวัล หรือเครดิต; (ค) แชร์ ขาย หรือโอนบัญชีของท่าน; (ง) ใช้บอทหรือระบบอัตโนมัติเข้าถึงบริการ; หรือ (จ) ใช้บริการเพื่อการผิดกฎหมาย เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดกฎเหล่านี้
เนื้อหา แบรนด์ โลโก้ การออกแบบ และตรรกะเบื้องหลังของบริการทั้งหมดเป็นของ YG-EVO และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย ท่านไม่สามารถคัดลอก เผยแพร่ หรือสร้างงานต่อเนื่องโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาตสูงสุด YG-EVO และผู้ดำเนินการจะไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นโดยบังเอิญหรือเป็นผลสืบเนื่อง หรือการสูญเสียกำไรหรือข้อมูล ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ บริการจัดให้ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" และ "เท่าที่มีให้บริการ"
เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้หรือบริการเมื่อใดก็ได้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญจะประกาศบนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด" ใหม่ และการใช้บริการต่อไปถือเป็นการยอมรับ เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงสำหรับการละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย
