Overview
This page explains how YG-EVO users can request deletion of their account and associated data, in accordance with Google Play's User Data Deletion policy.
Method 1: Delete Account In-App (Recommended)
Steps
- Open the YG-EVO mobile app and log in to your account.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top-right corner.
- Select "DELETE ACCOUNT".
- Confirm the action when prompted (you may be asked to re-enter your password or sign in again for security).
- Your account and personal data are deleted immediately. You are free to register again with the same email at any time.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the in-app option, you may request account deletion by sending an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body must include:
- Your registered email address used in YG-EVO
- Confirmation phrase: "I request permanent deletion of my YG-EVO account and data"
We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Email address and account credentials (Firebase Authentication)
- User profile, coins balance, subscription tier, and expiry date
- Followed teams and personal preferences
- In-app inbox messages
- Referral history
- App activity and usage data
Data That May Be Retained
Legal & Compliance Records
The following data may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes for up to 5 years from the date of deletion:
- Purchase transaction records — required by tax law and Google Play Billing audit requirements.
- Anonymized server logs — required for security audit and fraud prevention (does not contain personally identifiable information).

Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- You will lose access to all credits, subscriptions, and in-app history.
- Active subscriptions are not automatically refunded; please cancel via Google Play before requesting deletion.

ข้อมูลต่อไปนี้อาจถูกเก็บไว้ตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายและการตรวจสอบทางการเงินสูงสุด 5 ปี นับจากวันที่ลบ:
- บันทึกธุรกรรมการซื้อ — ตามที่กฎหมายภาษีและ Google Play Billing กำหนด

ข้อควรทราบ
- การลบบัญชี ถาวรและไม่สามารถย้อนกลับได้
- ท่านจะสูญเสียการเข้าถึงเหรียญ สมาชิก และประวัติในแอปทั้งหมด
- สมาชิกที่ active อยู่จะไม่ได้รับ refund อัตโนมัติ — กรุณายกเลิกผ่าน Google Play ก่อนขอลบบัญชี
